At Milya Cosmetics, we strive for the highest quality and customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes an order may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we have the following return and refund policy:
Returns: Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and personal care items), we unfortunately cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt. We want to ensure the health and safety of our customers, which is why products cannot be returned once opened.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order at Contact@milayacosmetics.com. We will guide you through the return process and provide either a replacement product or a full refund, depending on your preference. We may ask you to send photos of the damaged product and packaging as evidence.
Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund (e.g., for a damaged product), the refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the product.
The refund will be sent to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
