At Milya Cosmetics, we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here is an overview of our shipping policy:

Shipping Times: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days, provided the products are in stock.
For orders outside of the Netherlands or Belgium, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs:

• For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, free shipping applies on orders over €40.
• For orders under €50, a shipping fee of €4.25 will be charged.
• For international orders, additional shipping charges may apply, depending on the country.

Shipping Methods: We work with reliable courier services such as PostNL and other partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and quickly.

Loss or Damage of Packages: Milya Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been delivered by the courier. If you receive a damaged package or if your package seems to be lost, please contact us immediately at contact@milayacosmetics.com so we can assist with filing a claim with the courier.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your package.
